Lali Papashvily The Gastronaut’s co-founder & creative director, leading a team of 20; Hospitality & gastronomy consultants. All of the concepts developed by Lali are aimed at becoming the national pride, Georgia’s must-visit signature spots, positioning the national culinary & historical heritages. Signature projects led by Lali- Restaurant “Barbarestan” opened by Gastronauts back in 2016 (was spotlighted in the “World’s 50 Best Discoveries”,), Puri Guliani, Rigi Gastro douqan, Afisha hotel, Bocuse d’Or Georgia. Most of the restaurant concepts developed by Gastronaut with the head of Lali have won Georgia’s important annual tourism award “Welcome to Georgia” in the nomination of “The best restaurant concept”. Lali was listed in “The 50 Most Daring Entrepreneurs of Georgia 2019” by the worldwide magazine Entrepreneur, Georgian Issue.
